Lovely setting, comfortable room, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - so nice to be served at the table (instead of buffet)
Car parking a bit of a problem.

Good food in the restaurant. Nice view of the wtown and distant mountains from the room (3rd floor)
Unless you choose to eat outside on the terrace, breakfast is served in a rather grim little room furnished like a canteen and the usual continental breakfast includes a pet hate of mine - those little hermetically sealed plastic pots of so-called jam that seem to have had all the fruit removed from them.

This hotel is well located and near to the central street, making it convenient for exploring. the rooms are comfortable, stylish, and clean, with plenty of space. Most of them even have a bath and shower. the staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly, providing good service.
The restaurant was quite disappointing and overpriced, with average food.

We had a wonderful stay in this city. Best aspects were the hotel's great location, with easy access to amenities and also free parking which was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the facilities were comfortable and well maintained.
Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel. Despite searching for flaws, we found none.

The tree-covered terrace area that is used for breakfast.
Lift only travels as far as 2nd floor. Our room was on 3rd floor - may be a problem for some. In fairness, the guy on reception did ask us if we needed help with our luggage.

Found a good spot for a city trip with friends. Our room had a balcony with a nice view, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located close to the main attractions and public transportation, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The hotel was a bit run down and could use some updates. Our room was small and had some issues with the plumbing.
